Biokovo

Mountaineer’s routes on Biokovo regularly lead to fantastic sightseeing locations, and our hike is not an exception. We visit fantastic sightseeing spots, Biokovsko oko and Pakline. Most of the time, we will trek through pine forest, so this route is convenient for summer days as well. After Biokovo, we descend to Pisak, where we get into kayaks and go to visit hidden beaches. The most famous is Vruja, which is approachable only by kayaks. Vruja Cove is a gigantic spring system, and an underwater sinkhole stands out with a 60 meter radius from which an enormous amount of water flows outwards. Under steep cliffs you can find wonderful pebble beaches, which can most easily be accessed by sea. The whole trip lasts for 8 hours. We meet in Šestanovac on the highway exit or elsewhere, as agreed.
